Ajna offers the tuition of a dance with following properties: tambourine, fan or fans (European feather fan, Spanish fan, and Chinese tai-ji), jingle bells, dancing stick (Egyptian), shawl, scarf or scarves, candles, the plateau with properties, fire fans, staffs. Every single of these topics is taught individually as they are all very demanding and mastering the basic techniques requires a considerable amount of work. You may dance to the oriental, Indian, scenic, metal, techno or hip hop music, etc.

The seminar proceeds in a following way:
Limbering up
The clients are acquainted with the basic knowledge of the dance and the typology of the item used
Training of techniques
Combination of the individual techniques, improvisation under the supervision of the lecturer
Basic choreography in order to practice the dance with items
Seminar of the dance with items – candles, shawls, fans, etc.
Ajna organizes several seminars of a different specialization a year in cooperation with DDM of the capital city of Prague, Karlínské spectrum. If you would like to participate in any one of those, check the calendar where the precise dates are stated. However, if you would rather have Ajna coming to you or your dance group, this can be arranged as well. You will realize the seminar together.
